Ok so in 5 weeks I am going to Fiji and want to look and feel great over there and not have a care about the way i look in a bikini. SO….. starting tomorrow I am embarking on a high protein restricted carb challenge till I leave! 1 break day per week and excercise everyday. Either gym class or a brisk walk. The gym alone working out in machines is hell and the most boring thing I can imagine so its circuit and pump classes all the way!
To stay on track im going to out myself each day as to how i am progressing as well as weekly saturday weigh ins! I will post my starting weight tomorrow!

Just found my ultimate bringe prevention method! I always find myself aimlessly grazing on my days off when im home alone! Today as i a distraction i began planning my winter wardrobe by googling Lara Bingles style as inspiration! My sweet tooth is now totally subdued and chocolate is the last thing on my mind!

I want my dashboard full of healthy & nutritional posts so I’ll follow you guys. :-)
